FREE Rides to an African-American history museum or black-owned business in Atlanta during Black History Month offered by Lyft

In honor of Black History Month, Lyft will provide a FREE ride to an African-American history museum or black-owned business in cities across the country.

In Atlanta, the code BHMATL19 will give users one Lyft ride up to $10 to or from one of the locations listed below. The discount expires at 11:59 p.m. on February 28, 2019.

Locations included in the promotion are:

    Atlanta History Center
    Atlanta University Center Historic District
    APEX Museum
    Center for Civil and Human Rights
    Martin Luther King Jr. National Historical Park

The promotion is also good in Birmingham, Charleston, Charlotte, Columbia, Greenville, Memphis, Nashville, New Orleans, Richmond and St. Louis.

Lyft is also celebrating the one-year anniversary of its partnership with Black Girls Code, “an organization committed to increasing the representation of African-American women in technology through providing girls with coding skills needed to thrive in the digital space.”
